Returns Policy.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can return your purchased and unused goods to us within 14 days of the date of delivery and receive a refund. Please return the unused product with a note of your order number and reason for cancellation. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and if it’s in its original condition, we’ll approve the return and process your refund within 14 days (it’s normally much quicker).

For clothing and small items originally sent via Royal Mail, £5 postage will be deducted from your refund. For spades and larger items sent via DX/UPS couriers, £35 postage will be deducted from your refund amount. If returns are received after 14 days of order receipt, you will not be refunded the price.

Please note that all original postage and packing charges are paid for by the customer. Additionally, the return postage is also the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items to Bushpig Equipment. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so, for your own protection, we recommend sending the parcel using a trackable and insured delivery service. If we delivered the item(s) to you in error or the item is damaged or defective then the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of Bushpig Equipment. If it was our error and you are sending something back to us, please keep in mind we need a proof of postage in order to process the postage refund. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange the product ordered, please return the item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund, and place a new order for the new item.

In order to return the item, package it up and enclose the following details of the purchase:

- your order number
- list of goods to return
- reason for return
- your name, address and contact details
