WHICH BUSHPIG SPADE IS BEST FOR MY NEEDS?
This really depends on what type of work you want to use it for and your ground conditions. If you’re unsure please feel free to drop us an email with some information about the above and we can advise you.
YOUR SPADES ARE ON THE PRICEY SIDE - WHAT MAKES THEM BETTER THAN OTHERS ALREADY ON THE MARKET?
You’re right, there are definitely cheaper spades on the market but we believe you get what you pay for and ours are built to last. Our spade heads are made of HARDOX 450 for super strength, where other well-known brands have been known to buckle. We also have a heavier wall thickness in our shafts, all adding to increased life of the spade. Finally, our spades are all made in the UK, by hand - something we are very proud of. This enables you the back up should it be needed, as well as the satisfaction of supporting a British manufacturer on home soil. Please also note that our listed website price INCLUDE VAT and UK courier delivery. When you add in the cost of premium material and the labour to make them, they’re really not expensive at all.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All Bushpig-branded products are designed and made by us at our HQ in Somerset in the UK.
WHICH AUGER IS BEST FOR MY NEEDS?
There are so many variables; if you’re unsure the best thing would be to speak to our founder, Marc, who has masses of experience of using these augers fencing on all kinds of terrain. Due to our close proximity to the Mendip Hills, rock-drilling is his specialty! He can advise you on the auger that will best suit your needs and ground conditions. STOCK.
ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?
If it’s available to purchase on our website, then absolutely, yes! All in-stock items are available for fast dispatch from us in Somerset. If it’s showing as ‘out of stock’ then I’m afraid it’s not. Quite simply, we would never advertise something as in stock when it isn’t, that just wouldn’t be right! If an item is listed on pre-order, this will be clearly marked in the title of the product and in the main listing.
If, however, you would like to order an auger that is currently out of stock, please contact us to discuss as we have options for air-freighting these over from New Zealand.
You can also sign up for ‘back in stock’ notifications on the product listing page, meaning you’ll be sent an email as soon as the product comes back into stock.
THE LONELY TRACK ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK - when will it be restocked?
So sorry about that. We try to ship Lonely Track clothing over regularly so if the piece you’re after is out of stock then the likelihood is we have more on the way. Sometimes sizes/colours can be low at source and so we may not have your specific size in the shipment, but rest assured we’ll be working on it! If you’ve got itchy feet then we can often airfreight items over for an additional fee.

ARE YOUR PRICES INCLUsive of VAT?
Yes, all listed product prices include VAT, which will be displayed at the checkout. If you need a copy of your order invoice just let us know and we can email this to you.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE DELIVERY?
Yes, all product prices are inclusive of UK delivery (DX or Royal Mail).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
We’re happy to say that UK mainland delivery is FREE on all orders. However, if you live further afield in the Scottish Isles or similar, please don’t be alarmed if you’re asked to pay an additional fee.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately at the moment our shop is only set up for UK customers. If you’d like to place an order and you live outside of the UK, please send us a message to discuss and we can provide a quote for international shipping. Or, if you’re in the U.S. you. can order from SWi Fence and Supply!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock products within 2-3 working days. Please bear with us as we are a very small team who still work as full-time fencing contractors alongside BUSHPIG. Therefore, on occasion dispatch may take slightly longer. If you need your order urgently please let us know when you place your order and we will do what we can. If you’ve pre-ordered a product for import we will be in touch about dispatch once it has landed with us.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched on weekdays and are sent on a 1-2 Working Day service. You will be sent an email letting you know when your order has dispatched, along with your tracking number, so you can know when to expect it.
WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?
Small orders are typically sent via Royal Mail 48 (tracked), and spades and larger items are sent via DX Freight or UPS. If you have placed an order containing a compressor or an auger your order will be sent via DX or Pallet Line.
WHOLESALE.
I’m a retailer and would like to stock bushpig EQUIPMENT products.
Thanks so much! Right now it’s important for us to get to know our customers and therefore our focus is currently on supplying them direct. We are, however, open to considering a small selection of stockists, so please do feel free to get in touch to discuss and we can see if we’d be a good fit.
RETURNS.
I need to return something - how do i go about thAT?
We understand that sometimes we change our minds, things aren’t always what we expect, or occasionally there can be some other issue. That’s not a problem; please contact us in the first instance as we’d love to see if it’s something we can sort. If you’d still like to return the product then please follow the guidance on the Returns Policy page and ensure we receive it within 14 days of you receiving your order. If the item is returned after 14 days, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Can I do an exchange?
We’re currently unable to process exchanges, so if you’d like to exchange your item please return it within 14 days for a refund and then place a new order.
